Supply Planner

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly NOS (Never Out of Stock) global buy cycle using the Blue Yonder planning tool
• Liaise with the demand planning team to understand NOS performance and expected demand
• Negotiate deliveries and confirmed prices with vendors
• Stage raw materials with vendors to improve lead times and avoid upcharges
• Work with sourcing hubs and offshore teams to maintain sufficient inventory levels and fulfill market demand
• Collaborate with the Operations team on buy amendments and supply chain challenges
• Provide ad hoc reporting on NOS stock availability to key stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply or Production Planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office with advanced Excel skills
• Ability to gather, interpret, and visualize data
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or HANA
• Experience with advanced planning systems
