Supply Planner

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time product availability across OE and Aftermarket demand, including SKF warehouses and customer consignment
• Translate demand plans into supply plans for internal and traded products, including inbound flow coordination and supplier follow-up
• Manage inventory replenishment processes for assigned assortments across EMEA locations
• Optimize system usage and master data to improve end-to-end inventory performance
• Align production and supply capacity with manufacturing plants to meet forecast demand and delivery targets
• Drive the Monthly S&OP (MSP) process by preparing supply and capacity proposals and identifying risks
• Participate in Weekly S&OE routines to resolve deviations from the supply plan
• Monitor inventory, order books, and supply plans while driving cross-functional alignment across Sales, Logistics, Procurement, and Manufacturing

Requirements

• Academic background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt plans based on changing conditions
• High level of ownership and a continuous improvement mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive sector (OE and/or Aftermarket)
• Knowledge of Power BI
• Experience with supply chain planning systems
• Experience managing both internal and external (traded) product flows
