Supply Planner Shoes & Fashion Accessories

Responsibilities

• Manage product allocation for Shoes & Fashion Accessories across retail, wholesale, and digital channels.
• Coordinate the distribution of new collections from manufacturers to boutiques based on defined launch dates.
• Collaborate with Merchandising and Production teams to define setup quantities and manage Time to Market meetings.
• Monitor and update allocation rules and lead times within Anaplan to ensure optimal regional distribution.
• Manage stock shortages through central arbitration and simulate launch scenarios in coordination with commercial departments.
• Execute stock rebalancing between regions to optimize collection performance and minimize overstock.
• Oversee the auto-replenishment system for permanent products, adjusting stock targets based on sales trends.
• Monitor key performance indicators including OTIF (On-Time In-Full), sell-thru rates, and in-store availability.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience in Supply Chain management.
• Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong analytical skills and a rigorous, organized approach to data.
• High level of autonomy and a strong sense of customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Anaplan.
• Experience using Power BI or Query tools.
