Supply Planner

Responsibilities

• Plan and place purchase orders for stores, distribution centers, and depots
• Monitor inventory levels, delivery times, and order planning
• Analyze and resolve inventory and delivery issues
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding outstanding orders and deliveries
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Logistics, Master Data, and Category Management to improve the supply chain
• Identify improvement opportunities in delivery frequencies, minimum order sizes, and stock levels
• Develop and execute recovery plans for delivery problems or out-of-stock situations
• Support product introductions, promotions, and phase-outs of discontinued items

Requirements

• HBO degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or Economics
• Experience in supply chain, inventory planning, or logistics planning is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and numerical insight
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Experience with planning or ERP systems is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
