Supply Planner

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and continuously align production plans considering demand, capacity, and material availability
• Lead regular planning meetings and perform short-term and long-term capacity planning
• Ensure material availability through coordination with purchasing and inventory monitoring
• Analyze supply chain performance, inventory, and delivery reliability
• Drive and improve planning processes, including the SIOP process
• Maintain master data in ERP systems and support new products and projects

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain or production planning
• Professional fluency in English and German (B1/B2)
• Strong Excel skills
• Confident use of ERP systems
• Analytical and structured working style

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment
