About the role

Responsibilities

  • Translate mid-term production plans into short-term scheduling plans and create rough-cut capacity plans
  • Develop production plans by line and technology, considering capacity, utilization, and timing
  • Monitor daily actuals against weekly plans and recommend corrective actions for non-adherence
  • Manage short-term finished goods requirements in markets to ensure business priority execution
  • Own timely fulfillment of weekly tasks, including system data cleanliness and master data completeness
  • Facilitate supply reviews to highlight availability issues and growth opportunities
  • Secure smooth new product introductions and phase-outs through collaboration with Lifecycle management
  • Support inventory analysis by reviewing policies and managing slow-moving stock
  • Perform KPI tracking and S&OP participation for assigned countries

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Engineering with a focus on Supply Chain
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Supply Planning role or related field
  • Advanced Excel skills are required (SAP experience is an advantage)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Fluent English (both oral and written)
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a diverse, global environment
