Supply Planner

Responsibilities

• Provide robust data analysis and reporting on supply hub operating efficiency, including order fulfillment and inventory management
• Manage the order fulfillment process, including order entry, administration, and shipping
• Oversee third-party vendor activities to ensure compliance with customer service standards
• Maintain adequate inventory levels to maximize customer satisfaction while minimizing cost and working capital
• Prepare volume and demand planning analyses and develop supply and production schedules
• Collaborate with business units and manufacturing plants on all supply-related inquiries
• Track and review supplier and plant confirmation performance across different regions
• Execute purchase order placement to plants and suppliers globally
• Provide insights on S&OP delivery and supply gap mitigation options
• Manage SKU phase-in and phase-out processes and ensure transactional data cleansing governance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
• 5 to 8 years of experience in integrated Supply Chain, specifically in demand, supply, or inventory planning
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PowerBI
• Working knowledge of integrated supply chain systems, specifically SAP APO DP ECC
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in a third language to support APAC markets
• Strong logic and data analysis capabilities with the ability to adapt to pressure
• Proven ability to drive results and build effective relationships at all levels of an organization
