Supply Planner

Responsibilities

• Support organizational goals to ensure on-time product delivery for fleet uptime
• Place POs with vendors, reconcile confirmations, and track deliveries
• Analyze regional forecast data to optimize inventory mix at Distribution Centers
• Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for inventory reduction
• Communicate potential delivery obstacles, backorders, and shipping delays to leadership
• Partner with Procurement to ensure timely product availability and optimize inventory levels
• Manage parts, tools, and consumables requests and fulfill orders from DC stock
• Provide guidance to customers on machine research, part identification, and alternative options

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain preferred
• 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills for SCM problem-solving
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, EDI, and forecasting tools
• Strong technical skills in MS Office or Google Suite
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with MS D365 or other ERP/forecasting software
• APICS certification
