Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor daily, short, medium, and long-term needs according to the Production Master Plan
• Manage supplier orders and recordings in the ERP tool
• Plan, track, and follow up on raw material deliveries
• Monitor consumption and alert Purchasing of any budget-impacting changes
• Ensure inventory tracking (daily, periodic, and annual) and handle discrepancies
• Optimize stocks based on set objectives
• Control and validate supplier invoicing and manage disputes with Finance and Purchasing
• Manage non-conformities and participate in corrective actions with Quality and Production
• Monitor activity indicators such as stock rotation rates and delivery times
• Collaborate internally with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Production, R&D, and Quality departments
• Interface with external suppliers and other group companies

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Supply Chain or a similar field, or approximately 10 years of experience in the field
• Experience in the food industry (ideally private label) is a plus
• Proficiency in ERP tools (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office
• Professional English proficiency (minimum B2 level) is essential
• Knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
