Supply Planner

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short- and long-term supply plans to meet demand and translate them into production orders.
• Perform RCCP and scenario planning to balance demand and capacity while identifying constraints.
• Ensure material availability by partnering with procurement and warehouse teams to optimize inventory.
• Act as a central point of contact to drive alignment across production, quality, and materials teams.
• Utilize SAP or ERP systems to maintain planning master data and track KPIs such as service level and schedule adherence.
• Support S&OP and demand planning processes to drive proactive and stable planning.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Operations, or Logistics (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• 3 years of industry experience in production, supply chain management, logistics, or warehousing.
• Experience working within a regulated GMP environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, with a strong working knowledge of SAP.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office; MS Project experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• ASCM Certification or other recognized supply chain certification.
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.
