Supply Planner

Responsibilities

• Create product build schedules for manufacturing and material demand plans for procurement
• Develop and implement production planning policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures
• Execute demand planning for new product introductions, version changes, and product phase-outs
• Monitor and report on inventory levels, backlog, and product availability to meet business objectives
• Coordinate with global teams across time zones to position inventories and escalate material issues
• Use ERP systems for demand planning, forecasting, production scheduling, and inventory management
• Analyze Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Material Master data for accuracy and adjust system parameters

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technically related field
• 4+ years of related experience in supply or production planning
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience using SAP ECC and other ERP systems
• Strong understanding of MRP methodologies and types
• Experience with forecasting models and demand planning
• Strong skills in statistics, data analysis, and data-driven root cause analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
• Experience with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)
• Project management experience
