Supply Operations Quality Senior Manager/Responsible Person (RP)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Responsible Person (RP) in Poland, ensuring compliance with GMP, GCP, and GDP standards
• Lead the preparation and coordination for inspections by Regulatory Authorities or internal auditors
• Oversee the quality of local contractors, including Logistic Service Providers, re-labelers, and re-packers
• Ensure effective processes for meeting complaint handling timelines and notification requirements
• Identify and implement continuous improvement efforts to enhance compliance and efficiency
• Manage direct reports by setting objectives, providing technical leadership, and overseeing Individual Development Plans

Requirements

• University degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality, manufacturing, or distribution
• Proven expertise in people management and leading high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of quality assurance and compliance processes (GMP, GCP, GDP)
• Proficiency in word-processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
• Familiarity with role-specific tools such as LabWare LIMS

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree with relevant pharmaceutical experience
• Deep understanding of local regulations regarding GMP for finished pharmaceuticals
• Experience applying risk management methodologies to Bio-pharmaceutical operations
• Ability to influence senior management decisions and champion innovation
• Experience using generative AI tools to support problem-solving and productivity
