Supply Officer - Supply Management IFE & Electronics

Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders in compliance with purchase requisitions and provide landing forecasts to suppliers
• Act as the primary focal point between Airbus plants/Final Assembly Lines (FAL) and internal stakeholders including procurement, quality, and manufacturing engineering
• Perform rigorous follow-up on deliveries to drive On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to mitigate supply disruption risks
• Lead cross-functional projects and monitor specific subcontracted tasks
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and develop expertise in specific order flows

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or an advanced technical field
• Proven professional experience in Supply Chain or Logistics
• Proficiency or strong knowledge of SAP
• Fluent or advanced level of English
• Strong organizational skills, resilience to operational pressure, and excellent communication skills
