Supply Officer II

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of materials and supplier portfolios to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of direct ordered materials.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Logistics regarding ordering, planning, and logistical issues.
• Manage purchase orders, forecasts, and VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) levels to optimize stock and reduce missing parts.
• Facilitate New Product Introduction by coordinating logistics and ordering solutions with suppliers and buyers.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock turns, and KPIs such as On-Time Delivery (OTD) and stock levels.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and conduct root cause analysis for supply chain issues.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain departments to mitigate risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of experience, or a Master's Degree with 2-4 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Strong skills in MS Office and Google Suite.
• Fluency in English with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain management and driving supplier performance.
• Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies and analytical skills.
• Basic IT programming knowledge.
• Ability to work effectively in intercultural, multifunction teams.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation.
