Supply Manager-Powertrain

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional internal teams and the supply base to implement commercial goals.
• Manage the execution of contract price updates in collaboration with Category Managers, Commodity Managers, and the Finance Team.
• Resolve day-to-day supply issues to ensure continuous part supply to production plants and maintain program timing.
• Execute RFQs by adding parts to pricing contracts in alignment with Category Management Team strategy.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers and internal customers.
• Facilitate new supplier onboarding and assist in resolving supplier payment or invoice issues.
• Manage pricing contracts for accuracy and handle internal review and approval routing within the procurement system.
• Execute requisitions for supplier purchase orders and orchestrate supplier source change notices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of purchasing/procurement experience, OR
• Master's degree with no prior experience, OR
• At least 3 years of purchasing/procurement experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States on an unrestricted basis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Ivalua, Peoplesoft, or related procurement software.
