Supply Management Planner

Responsibilities

• Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery plans and expedite direct materials to ensure production runs without disruption
• Lead supplier meetings to review delinquent orders and establish acceptable delivery plans
• Partner with Supply Management personnel to maintain supplier relationships and define corrective actions to improve performance
• Analyze and resolve past due orders while proactively communicating supply issues to stakeholders
• Resolve shipping and receiving issues to ensure timely supplier payments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve operational issues

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Technology, or Supply Management (or equivalent work experience)
• Strong and effective communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and organize shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret information from multiple sources
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in Supply Management
• Experience in material flow, supplier development, logistics, or operations
• Proficiency with SAP
