Supply Management MRTT

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the supply chain for the MRTT program, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, establishing favorable agreements and monitoring performance
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks by proposing proactive solutions
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure correct component integration
• Perform market and trend analysis to optimize material procurement strategies
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of supply chain processes and supplier agreements
• Participate in resolving supply and logistics-related incidents
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of supply chain management processes

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in supply chain management, purchasing, or procurement
• Proficiency in Spanish (fluent) and English (negotiation level)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the aerospace or high-tech industrial sector
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain management tools and methodologies
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
