Supply Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and optimize inventory replenishment models and supply execution strategies to support manufacturing and minimize waste
• Manage supplier commitments, monitor forecast accuracy, and address concerns regarding demand volume and timing
• Manage inventory scheduling and delivery, making order adjustments and expediting issues to ensure continuity of supply
• Address inventory shortage issues and perform root-cause analysis to prevent future occurrences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute global strategic direction in supply fulfillment and inventory management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis methodologies and tools
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex issues concisely to all levels
• Ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced, and dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management
• Professional certifications such as ASCM (CPIM, CSCP) or ISM (CPSM)
• Working knowledge of procurement systems including SAP, Ariba, and MRP processes
