Supply & Inventory Planner

Responsibilities

• Support seasonal planning and execution for the APLA territory by managing supply commitments and purchasing activities.
• Execute and manage supply commitments through the creation and maintenance of Purchase Orders (POs).
• Conduct analytical reviews to identify supply challenges and communicate insights through core business metrics.
• Proactively drive actions to maintain healthy inventory positions and escalate issues regarding unfulfilled demand or delays.
• Partner cross-functionally with Territory Planning, Inventory Ops, and Global Supply teams to drive optimal business results.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of supply/inventory planning or supply chain experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, or 2 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables, formulas, and Power Query/Power Pivot.
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from large datasets.
• Excellent written, spoken, and visual communication skills to convert complex data into compelling stories.
• Ability to work effectively in a complex, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with SAP (including PRA/PRD access and PO management).
• Experience using BHP for real-time PO visibility and reporting.
• Familiarity with APO DP for demand planning inputs.
• Experience working within distributor models or multi-stakeholder environments.
