Supply Hub Warehouse Officer

Responsibilities

• Execute management of materials including receiving, storing, picking, and processing items
• Perform system transactions such as Goods Receipt, Put away, Pick, Pack, and Ship using SAP
• Manage inventory accuracy through routine cycle counting and associated paperwork
• Process returns with high diligence and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace using 5S principles
• Apply Quarantine Management Plans to material and cargo processing
• Safely operate machinery and equipment to load and unload various truck configurations
• Ensure accurate physical receipting of materials using proper manual handling techniques

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar warehouse role
• Proficiency in SAP or similar inventory management systems
• Experience with MS Office Suite
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Car)
• Current Forklift Licence (LF)
• Chain of Responsibility (CoR) qualification
• Dangerous Goods Awareness and qualification in transport of DG by Road, Air & Sea

Preferred Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Warehouse Operations
• Dogman License
