Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Supply Growth team across tutor acquisition, growth, and profile quality
• Define the long-term vision and roadmap for tutor onboarding and empowerment
• Drive multi-channel acquisition strategies for undersupplied segments and geographies
• Optimize the registration-to-activation funnel to improve early tutor retention
• Own the strategy for tutor profile content quality, accuracy, and credibility
• Enable tutors to self-promote using platform tools and shape tutor-generated content strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, CRM, Data, Marketing, and CX teams

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in growth, marketplace operations, or lifecycle management
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience
• Proven track record of scaling programs for large external audiences (freelancers, creators, etc.)
• Strong data-informed decision-making and ability to build business cases
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a two-sided marketplace (supply-side growth, liquidity dynamics)
• Background in Ed-tech, tutoring, or creator/freelancer platforms
• Experience with content quality frameworks and profile optimization
• Familiarity with acquisition channels like SEM, affiliates, and partnerships
• Experience collaborating with CRM or lifecycle marketing teams
