Supply Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, accounting, and analysis for manufacturing operations at the site.
• Drive the development of annual operating plans (AOP), latest estimates (LE), and the delivery of financial results.
• Partner with site leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives and performance enhancement opportunities.
• Provide financial support and leadership to drive decision-making processes.
• Maintain a strong internal control and compliance environment.
• Collaborate with Business Shared Services, Tax, Insurance, Supply, and FP&A teams.
• Business partner with Supply organizations including Planning, Blending, Technical, and Procurement.
• Simplify reporting and decision-making processes by leveraging digital tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of financial management and accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or consumer goods environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain and cost accounting.
• Strong analytical, planning, and financial analysis skills, including managing complex data for decision support.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to influence organizational changes and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong technical expertise in accounting, planning, and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional accounting designation or an MBA.
• Experience with SAP.
