About the Company

Nature’s Bakery is one of the fastest growing snack brands in the category and has recently joined KIND and the Mars family of companies to accelerate the growth of its healthier snacking platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Create engaging training courses and campaigns for manufacturing teams
• Support the tracking, analysis, and improvement of key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Champion and implement continuous improvement strategies and lean methodologies
• Document processes and ensure record accuracy using analytical and project management skills

Requirements

• Background in high-speed manufacturing processes (food production or CPG preferred)
• Experience with Red Zone
• Proven success with process improvement and lean techniques
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 3+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and MS Office
• Familiarity with Lean principles, IWS, or TPM (e.g., 5S, Kaizen)
