Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end demand and supply plans across global product lines
• Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align supply with financial objectives
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams
• Identify supply risks and demand fluctuations to develop mitigation strategies
• Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) transitions to minimize excess inventory
• Define and report KPIs including forecast accuracy and inventory metrics
• Lead business process optimization for supply chain scalability
• Partner with suppliers to ensure supply continuity
• Provide leadership and mentorship across sourcing and planning functions

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, sourcing, or demand planning
• Experience in AI infrastructure or high-scale technology environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• Expertise with forecasting, ERP systems, and tools like SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, or Blue Yonder
• Advanced analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Ability to present complex operational data to executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or MS in Operations Research or Industrial Engineering
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, or R
• Background in consumer electronics or data center hardware
• APICS (CPIM/CSCP) or PMP certifications
