Supply Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate product data in AS400, including orders, OTB, and WTD updates
• Raise and revise purchase orders, calculate pack ratios, and manage style/colour setups
• Create and maintain internet product information, descriptions, and attribute updates
• Manage the flow of stock to the DC and stores, resolving delivery issues promptly
• Organise and track air and sea freight, calculate GP, and monitor manifest loadings
• Complete costings, cost adjustments, and manage order tickets and woven labels
• Liaise with Operations, Allocations, and merchandising teams to ensure correct stock flow
• Perform garment CAD creation and updates using Adobe Illustrator
• Support the Product Manager and Planner with daily operations and promotional activities

Requirements

• Experience in Fashion Retail Product Coordination or Supply Coordination
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for creating and updating garment CADs
• Strong supplier liaison skills and experience working in a team environment
• Solid understanding of fashion, design, and garment construction
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy
