About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain product data in AS400, ensuring all orders, OTB, and WTD updates are accurate and timely
  • Raise and revise purchase orders, calculate pack ratios, and manage style and colour setups
  • Create and maintain internet product information, descriptions, and attribute updates
  • Action markdowns, re-tickets, and discontinued lines
  • Ensure stock is delivered to the DC and stores on time, resolving delivery issues quickly
  • Approve Class A and DA’s promptly and manage communication with suppliers and the DC
  • Organise and track air and sea freight, calculate GP, and monitor manifest loadings
  • Complete costings, cost adjustments, and order tickets and woven labels
  • Maintain delivery schedules, OTB reports, artwork loadings, and department filing systems
  • Liaise with Operations, Allocations, State Managers, and merchandising teams to ensure correct stock flow
  • Perform garment CAD creation and updates in Illustrator
  • Support Product Manager, Product Coordinator, and Planner with daily operations and promotional activity
  • Manage customer feedback, sample coordination, and shipping or allocation updates

Requirements

  • Experience in Fashion Retail Product Coordination or Supply Coordination
  • Proficiency in illustrating CADs using Adobe Illustrator
  • Strong supplier liaison skills
  • Solid understanding of fashion, design, and garment construction
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong computer skills, particularly proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
