Supply Clerk (Warehouse Specialist)

Responsibilities

• Perform technical supply management including inventory, storage, cataloging, and property utilization for APS-4 operations.
• Utilize GCSS-Army to process supply transactions, manage inventory records, and provide automated supply data processing support.
• Receive, store, issue, and account for supplies, equipment, and materials while maintaining accurate stock records.
• Conduct periodic inventories to ensure accountability and resolve individual case problems or supply actions.
• Analyze supply problems, collect data, and recommend corrective actions based on established guidelines.
• Comply with all applicable safety and environmental regulations and KBR’s Zero Harm program.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizen with a valid U.S. Passport.
• Favorable adjudication of a NACI background check.
• High School/GED plus five years of directly related work experience.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Global Combat Support System (GCSS) - Army.
• Valid State Motor Vehicle Operator License.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds to waist level and 35 pounds to shoulder height.
• Ability to work in a non-temperature controlled environment involving heat and humidity.
• Ability to provide documentation to qualify for US EXPAT Invited Contractor Status and SOFA Visa.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of the basic supply course or equivalent military Advanced Individual Training.
• Certification from a vocational school with a focus in Material Accounting or Inventory Methods.
