Supply Chain Transformation Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead global Supply Chain transformation projects to improve strategic performance and operational efficiency.
• Analyze end-to-end Supply Chain processes to identify and implement priority improvement areas.
• Design and deploy optimized solutions involving processes, organizational structures, and new tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Distribution, Transport, and IT to ensure project execution.
• Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyzing variances and driving corrective action plans.
• Manage project governance, including scoping, planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
• Drive change management initiatives, including communication, training, and workshops to ensure long-term adoption of new processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management.
• Advanced degree (Bac+3/Bac+5) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or Engineering.
• Proven expertise in project management (scoping, planning, budget, and risk management).
• Strong change management skills with experience in training and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel and BI tools.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Supply Chain tools such as WMS or TMS.
• Strong leadership, synthesis skills, and the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
