Supply Chain Tooling Engineer

Responsibilities

• Contribute to internally built TMS, WMS, and MRP systems by wiring up data pipelines and integrations
• Build and own a supply chain control tower for supplier visibility and production readiness tracking
• Develop procurement tooling for supplier performance, RFQ/RFP automation, and contract management
• Build tax credit compliance systems for domestic content and FEOC verification
• Own data pipelines pulling from ERP, supplier portals, and customs/shipping systems
• Calculate and surface financial exposure for WIP inventory and tax credit risk
• Work directly with planners and ops managers to scope MVPs and iterate on feedback
• Identify and automate manual workflows across the supply chain team

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building production software (web apps, internal tools, or data platforms)
• Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or ops tech preferred
• Solid experience with data pipelines and API integrations
• Proficiency with AWS or GCP and modern deployment practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/WMS/MES systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Odoo
• Experience building ops platforms at a high-growth startup
• AI/ML experience in forecasting, anomaly detection, or decision support
• Fluency using AI coding assistants like Claude
