Supply Chain System Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the development, execution, and maintenance of Supply Chain Systems including Rapid Response, Microsoft BI, and JDEdwards.
• Provide daily oversight and operational management of Supply Chain Analysis systems.
• Leverage data analytics to provide actionable recommendations for system enhancements.
• Run required processing tasks to support end users and the Global Supply Chain.
• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of all Supply Chain Systems to ensure business continuity.
• Create and deliver training to users as necessary.

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience in supply chain systems or data analysis.
• Understanding of relational and multi-dimensional database structures.
• Familiarity with SQL syntax and querying.
• Fluency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment and minimal supervision.
• Strong prioritization skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Experience with Oracle/JDE, MS Access, or Kinaxis Rapid Response.
