Supply Chain Support

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics disputes and follow up on files in coordination with carriers and stakeholders
• Act as the daily interface between headquarters and the distributor network in France
• Respond to phone calls and emails from distributors, suppliers, and logistics partners
• Provide information on shipment tracking, delivery times, and order status
• Manage administrative vehicle orders and coordinate processing and delivery activities
• Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to ensure delivery deadlines are met
• Manage transport claims and operational incidents until resolution
• Update and maintain vehicle sales tracking tables, logistics issues, and KPIs using Excel
• Produce and update dashboards and reports for internal teams via Excel
• Ensure reliability of logistics data within internal systems
• Participate in continuous improvement of logistics and order management processes
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions when necessary

Requirements

• Proven experience in a logistics environment, ideally in the automotive sector
• Strong knowledge of transport operations, vehicle distribution, and order management
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Strong aptitude for administrative tasks and data management
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Dynamic, reactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Professional English proficiency
