Supply Chain Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of material planning, production scheduling, and inside sales to satisfy customer demand and optimize production output.
• Provide tactical planning support to production leadership and maintain production schedules for the shop floor.
• Perform complex demand forecasting for material plans based on production forecasts and operational capacity.
• Schedule production and personnel according to manufacturing priorities to resolve capacity constraints or component issues.
• Serve as the escalation point for production supervisors regarding material availability and scheduling issues.
• Develop and monitor SAP parameters for material planning and inventory control, including stock levels and relevant KPIs.
• Communicate with vendors and purchasing departments to resolve material supply obstacles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in logistics or supply chain management (including internship/co-op experience).
• Strong knowledge of plant logistics procedures and processes.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to lead others and interface with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
