Supply Chain Super User

Responsibilities

• Act as a key liaison between supply chain business teams and IT to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Customize system fields, workflows, and parameters to meet evolving business needs
• Collaborate with business teams to implement custom reports, dashboards, and system views for improved visibility
• Maintain and configure master data to reflect real-time operational changes
• Monitor system performance and proactively suggest optimizations for accuracy and planning efficiency
• Identify automation opportunities and work with IT to implement system improvements
• Support system patches, upgrades, and integrations with ERP, MES, WMS, and Data Lake applications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement, or system support roles
• Programming or scripting skills in Python, VBA, or JavaScript
• Understanding of Machine Learning and Generative AI (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, LLMs) to automate tasks
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools
• Basic knowledge of advanced supply planning systems (e.g., Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, OMP)
• Basic understanding of ERP systems such as SAP ECC or S/4 Hana

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in using APIs for data exchange
• Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies
• Understanding of data governance for supply chain systems
