Supply Chain Strategy & Project Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage dedicated project workstreams in collaboration with external consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate project deliverables to ensure adherence to deadlines, budget constraints, and quality requirements.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to support the long-term Supply Chain strategic roadmap.
• Perform benchmarking of supply chain performance against industry standards and market best practices.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, service improvement, and increased resilience.
• Build financial models to evaluate transformation scenarios, including cost-to-serve and logistical flows.
• Define and maintain reporting frameworks and standard templates for Supply Chain KPIs (service, costs, stocks, forecast accuracy).
• Develop and improve Power BI dashboards while ensuring data reliability and integrity.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain analysis, strategy, consulting, or operations.
• Advanced analytical and modeling skills using Excel and Power BI.
• Strong presentation skills with mastery of PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes such as planning, logistics, inventory management, and forecasting.
• Proven experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or an equivalent field.
• Additional training or certification in data analytics.
