Supply Chain Strategy Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of near- and mid-term supply chain strategies to align with business growth objectives
• Drive operating model transformation initiatives by diagnosing organizational structures and implementing future-state recommendations
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and build financial/scenario models to prioritize investments in technology and processes
• Lead strategic projects and workstreams independently, translating ambiguous problems into actionable roadmaps
• Partner with cross-functional leadership in planning, merchandising, and supply chain to ensure seamless integration of initiatives
• Drive the annual operating plan process and develop business cases for strategic supply chain investments
• Synthesize complex data and qualitative research into clear, concise communications for executive leadership

Requirements

• B.A./B.S. in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 6–8 years of experience in consulting, supply chain, strategic operations, or project management
• Strong analytics and modeling skills using tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or SQL
• Proven ability to lead workstreams, build complex models, and contribute to cross-functional strategy
• Authorization to work in Canada is required

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree
• Experience within the apparel, retail, or consumer goods industries
