Supply Chain Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own management of on and off-site production material to ensure organized storage and tracking
• Transact all inventory movements in ERP/MRP systems
• Maintain real-time visibility of stock levels across multiple locations
• Complete monthly physical inventory counts and investigate variances
• Work with Finance to ensure General Ledger and inventory accuracy
• Oversee RMA management and disposition of non-conforming materials
• Partner with Contract Manufacturing partners to resolve supply-demand gaps
• Lead supplier material escalations and review safety stock positions
• Issue production POs and manage quarterly CM pricing updates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in electro-mechanical manufacturing environments
• Strong hands-on experience in supply chain roles
• Experience with inventory management and warehousing
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Contract Manufacturing partners and global suppliers for L10-L12 components
• Knowledge of NPI processes and scaling manufacturing operations
• Experience with BOM structures and ECO, MCO, Deviations
