Supply Chain Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short-term transportation plans for finished products to ensure alignment with operational goals.
• Monitor transportation processes, track shipments, and calculate capacity needs to optimize efficiency.
• Communicate shipment updates, delays, and issues to stakeholders, escalating as needed for timely resolution.
• Analyze transportation performance by monitoring system parameters and resolving exceptions to reduce disruptions.
• Manage logistics operations, including transport decisions and coordination for new destinations and inbound activities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, Vocational Education, or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or an equivalent field.
• 2+ years of experience in order processing, order management, or equivalent (or no prior experience if holding a Bachelor's degree).
• Proficiency in SAP, SFDC, or equivalent ERP systems.
• Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
• Fluency in the English language.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
