Supply Chain Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short-term transportation plans for finished products to ensure alignment with operational goals.
• Monitor transportation processes and track shipments to identify and resolve exceptions.
• Communicate shipment updates, delays, and potential issues to stakeholders to ensure transparency.
• Analyze transportation performance and system parameters to optimize efficiency and reduce disruptions.
• Manage capacity planning and logistics operations, including transport decisions and coordination for new destinations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, Vocational Education, or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or an equivalent field.
• 2+ years of experience in order processing, order management, or logistics (or no prior experience if holding a Bachelor's degree).
• Proficiency in SAP, SFDC, or equivalent ERP systems.
• Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
