Supply Chain Specialist

Responsibilities

• Actively manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate prices, terms, and volume discounts
• Develop scope of work documentation, unit pricing, and contract management documents
• Assist in supplier selection and establish performance objectives and KPIs using Vendor Scorecards
• Manage RFPs to ensure accurate scopes of work, inclusions, and completion timing
• Optimize procurement processes to reduce cost, redundancy, and waste
• Coordinate logistics, transportation, and scheduling for the movement of goods and supplies
• Maintain material lists, inventory records, and forecast upcoming demand
• Create and analyze spreadsheets for pricing and specification comparisons
• Review supplier contracts to ensure compliance with service level agreements

Requirements

• Associate's degree or completion of two years of post-secondary study
• 2 years of experience in scheduling and managing deadlines
• 2 years of experience or training in inventory management and process optimization
• Working knowledge of managing vendor or partner relationships
• Experience in communications, project management, data analysis, or digital technology
