About the role
Responsibilities
- Forecast demand and plan inventory levels based on sales trends
- Manage perishable inventory using FIFO principles to minimize spoilage
- Coordinate inbound and outbound fresh food logistics while ensuring cold chain compliance
- Monitor quality control checks and food safety standards
- Collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Sales teams to ensure product availability
- Investigate and resolve supply chain issues and inventory discrepancies
- Track KPIs, maintain inventory accuracy, and support process improvements through WMS/ERP systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or fresh food operations
- Strong knowledge of FIFO, inventory control, and cold chain management
- Understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP/WMS systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
