Supply Chain SME – Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of supply chain consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality outputs and managing project risks.
• Shape and deliver supply chain strategy, transformation programmes, and target operating model designs.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives, including cost optimisation, performance improvement, and service enhancement.
• Act as the primary day-to-day client lead, building strong senior relationships and facilitating executive workshops.
• Motivate, coach, and develop team members while delegating and coordinating work effectively.
• Develop robust business cases to support supply chain investments in technology, automation, and network redesign.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in consulting and/or industry supply chain roles.
• Demonstrable expertise in supply chain strategy, transformational change, or target operating model design.
• Proven experience in operational excellence, outsourcing, or third-party logistics strategy.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, procurement, and logistics.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and delivering complex, high-impact projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and rapidly master new industries or domains.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and business development.
