Supply Chain Services Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage daily ordering, tracking, receiving, and verification of medical products for hospital and clinical departments.
• Perform daily, weekly, and quarterly physical inventory counts using the PANDAC materials management solution.
• Identify excess, inactive, or expired inventory and coordinate stock returns and credits.
• Reorganize, label, and maintain stocking locations to support efficient SKU location and clinical workflow.
• Prepare quarterly inventory reports and provide recommendations for storage consolidation and product standardization.
• Maintain consistent communication with nursing staff, departmental managers, and hospital supply chain teams.

Requirements

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare surgical services, materials management, or logistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience using inventory management software.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• CRCST or CST certification (Certified Registered Central Sterile Technician or Certified Surgical Technologist).
• Experience with LEAN principles or organizational/project management methodologies.
• Exposure to Qsight inventory management software.
• Basic knowledge of wound closure products and surgical procedures.
