Supply Chain - Senior Specialist/Specialist, Trade & Customs

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day trade and customs functions to support corporate objectives and ensure seamless cross-border movement of goods.
• Strategically develop Aritzia’s trade and customs approach to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Ensure strict adherence to laws and regulations regarding the import, export, and declaration of goods.
• Minimize duty liability and optimize cash flow through effective compliance strategies.
• Manage the execution of business initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience working within a Trade & Customs environment.
• Experience in an operations environment acting as an importer.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate fluently with various cross-functional business partners.
• Commitment to quality and delivering results that add value to the business.

Preferred Qualifications

• US CSS, CTCS, or CSCMP designations.
• Canadian Certified Specialist (CCS) designation.
• Experience within the retail or apparel industry.
