Supply Chain - Senior Manager/Manager, Trade Optimization

Responsibilities

• Lead the Trade & Customs team to manage the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives.
• Strategically develop Aritzia’s trade and customs approach to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations regarding the import, export, and declaration of goods.
• Minimize duty liability and optimize cash flow through strategic trade programs.
• Manage the seamless execution of business initiatives and cross-functional collaborations.

Requirements

• Licensed US Customs Broker or Canada CCS Certification is required.
• Proven experience managing duty optimization programs (e.g., free trade agreements, first sale, duty drawback/deferral, and tariff classification).
• Experience with trade program financial analysis and auditing big data using BI tools and Excel.
• Strong ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.

• Previous experience in team leadership roles.
