Supply Chain Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support supply chain activities including procurement, logistics coordination, inventory control, and vendor management for renewable energy projects.
• Manage requisitions, purchase orders, and the sourcing of materials and services to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee international shipments, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance.
• Control stock levels, optimize inventory costs, and manage audits and spare parts cataloging.
• Negotiate contract terms regarding cost, quality, and service levels while ensuring legal and financial compliance.
• Manage warranty claims and supplier performance, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Optimize OPEX/CAPEX efficiency through strategic contract renegotiation and cost control.
• Align priorities between technical, asset, and procurement teams to ensure continuous operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics within industrial or operational environments.
• Direct experience in the operation and maintenance of BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems), wind, and solar energy.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs, and international logistics.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and inventory management tools.
• Solid contract management skills and the ability to interpret legal documentation.
