Supply Chain Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Manage raw material and component inventory levels to ensure availability and meet customer demand.
• Follow up on Master Production Schedule (MPS) achievement and propose preventive actions for material availability.
• Define and lead initiatives focused on inventory reduction for assigned component families.
• Measure Supplier Service Rate (SSR) and implement action plans to improve supplier performance.
• Plan material requirements based on Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) and the MPS.
• Validate and distribute weekly forecasts to suppliers and monitor daily material arrivals.
• Support the implementation of supply chain tools and methods such as Pull flow, Kanban, EDI, and Milk run.
• Collaborate with the External Flow Analyst to define inbound transportation plans and logistics protocols.
• Coordinate with the ERP and inventory control teams to maintain inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Master Production Schedule (MPS) planning and follow-up.
• Strong expertise in inventory level management and reduction strategies.
• Experience with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
• Knowledge of supplier service rate measurement and performance improvement.
• Familiarity with Kanban, Pull flow, EDI, and Milk run methodologies.
• Ability to identify supply chain blocking points and execute quick corrective actions.
