About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels for raw materials and component families to ensure material availability and meet customer demand.
  • Follow up on Master Production Schedule (MPS) achievement and propose preventative actions to ensure realization.
  • Define and lead initiatives focused on inventory reduction.
  • Measure and report Supplier Service Rates (SSR) and propose action plans to improve supplier service levels.
  • Plan raw material and component requirements based on S&OP and MPS, anticipating potential impacts on production.
  • Validate and send weekly forecasts to suppliers and monitor daily material arrivals against firm orders.
  • Identify and resolve material shortages by proposing action plans and communicating with customers and internal teams.
  • Support the implementation of supply chain tools and methods such as Pull flow, Kanban, EDI, and Milk run.
  • Collaborate with the External Flow Analyst to define inbound transportation plans and logistics protocols.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with Google or Microsoft administrative applications.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP and Just-In-Sequence (JIS) systems.
