Supply Chain SAP Expert

Responsibilities

• Solve SAP incidents and escalate to level 2 support when necessary
• Analyze root causes of incidents and define actions to prevent recurrence
• Follow up on IT modification requests with technical teams
• Collaborate with process owners, PI networks, and supply teams
• Analyze competence gaps through operational assessments and root cause analysis
• Propose and develop learning solutions, training, and awareness programs
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Instructions for operational teams
• Maintain the PIOY Gsite and contribute to the PIOYX newsletter and communication roadmap
