Supply Chain Resource & Capacity Planner

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage production capacities for German plants, balancing national and international demand using IBP Supply
• Coordinate intercompany supply flows and align forecasts, capacities, and delivery schedules
• Create reports, analyses, and decision-making bases for management and specialized departments
• Manage order volumes and plant occupancy while maintaining relevant planning and master data in SAP
• Analyze and further develop supply chain and logistics KPIs to identify optimization potential
• Coordinate external warehouses and handle associated administrative tasks, including freight invoice verification

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the field of Supply Planning
• Proficiency in ERP systems (specifically SAP), planning tools, and advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong analytical thinking and process-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Understanding of production processes and resource utilization
• Ability to analyze and present complex numerical data
• Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability to change
• Fluency in both German and English
