Supply Chain Quality Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the development of the company’s Quality Management and Design Assurance systems
• Define, coordinate, and control quality standards and processes for supplier management within the aviation sector
• Select, approve, and apply monitoring plans to suppliers
• Participate in the resolution of non-conformities and implement corrective action plans
• Manage reporting and performance indicators, including On-Time Delivery and On-Quality Delivery
• Monitor industrial transfer projects and carry out industrial progress reviews
• Perform risk analyses and guarantee the qualification of special products and processes
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the supplier portfolio and the Aerostack Quality Management System

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Quality Engineering, or similar)
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in supplier performance, quality control, and management
• Strong knowledge of aeronautical standards, specifically EN9100
• Proficiency in quality tools including 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis)
• Experience with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and conducting audits/diagnostics
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary, multicultural environment
• Fluent professional English; German or French is a plus
• Willingness to travel and a pragmatic, flexible mindset
